Shelley Grover managed several of lrvine Community Development Company’s master planned communities, including Crystal Cove Community Association, a high-end fully gated community with staff on-site. Shelley was instrumental in tracking legal documents and common area turnovers on many projects. She also facilitated transitioning a garage into an onsite management office, which allowed the management team to provide onsite customer service to our residents. The majority of projects Shelley was involved with were anywhere from 500 to 2,500 homes.
During her years at Keystone Pacific, Shelley Grover trained two new managers who became the go-to new development managers in Orange County.
